The customer provides 3D design drawings or sufficient information (length *width * height, thickness, material, color, etc.), professional technicians will deal with the drawings

 

 

*Make mold

 

Make moulds according to drawings and carry out mass production

*Vacuum forming

Vacuum forming a simple process which you may already be familiar with, where a hot sheet is stretched over a male mold, and vacuum is applied between the sheet and the mold, pulling the sheet tight to the mold. Once it cools, the sheet takes on the shape of the tool.

 

 

*CNC cutting

Once it cools, the sheet takes on the shape of the tool. With our 3-dimensional trimming equipment, we can then trim out the
finished part with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. There are an infinite number of applications of this process.

*Check & Clean 

 

Workers check and clear the dust of the cut products. At the same time, we also provide silk screen printing. You can add your own logo.
